A New Police Photo Archive that Goes Back Decades A forgotten photo archive consisting of nearly a million photos turned up a few years ago in a dusty corner of the Los Angeles police department. Lifetime returns to True Crime As the New York Post critic declares Lifetime her "new bff," the news is that the network is going to feature more true crime programming. The next tale in the offing: the dual murders of the Kissel brothers.
